What personal data is collected by the IMP on its website imp-umr5223.cnrs.fr?

  • This data is not recorded in the site database but directly sent by email to the following address: contact@insa-lyon.fr which receives contact requests sent via this form and to which Isabelle Polo and Mallaouia have access Bengoua (Secretaries of the IMP).
  • Once the requests have been answered, the personal data received by email (surname, first name, email address, site concerned and message) are kept for 1 year to give all of our services time to process the request.
  • If the user does not want their data to be kept, they can let them know by email to contact@insa-lyon.fr.
  • This data is neither sold nor transmitted in any way to a third party.
  • If the site’s contact form is used to contact an IMP member directly from the directory, or the member’s page concerned, the data is sent directly by email to the address provided by the member. In this case the IMP invites you to contact the member concerned directly for any questions or requests relating to the management of your personal data.

These are data that you leave us voluntarily by completing and sending your request via the spontaneous application form on the page : imp-umr5223.cnrs.fr/join-the-imp/?lang=en

  • This data is: Name, first name, email address, site concerned, message and attachments.
  • This data is not recorded in the site database but directly sent by email to the following address: contact@insa-lyon.fr which receives applications sent via this form and to which Isabelle Polo and Mallaouia Bengoua have access ( Secretaries of the IMP).
  • Once the applications have been answered, the personal data received by email (surname, first name, email address, site concerned, message and attachments) are kept for 2 years to constitute a database of possible candidates to be contacted again.
  • If the user does not want their data to be kept, they can let them know by email to contact@insa-lyon.fr.
  • This data is neither sold nor transmitted in any way to a third party.

4. External services (YouTube, Google Maps, etc.)

The data collected is collected by third-party services (Google, etc.) and not by the IMP. This collection is done via one or more pages of our website, but the data is neither processed nor stored by the IMP or the website database. In addition, we will not be able to provide information regarding the retention period, method of storage, processing and security of this data.
