heterophasic polymer materials / elastomers / rheology / additive manufacturing / recycling
Research themes/centers of interest
- rheology of polymeric materials (filled polymers, multiphase and evolving systems, etc.): linear and non-linear viscoelasticity; development of original rheological tools
- physico-chemistry of polymers / structure-properties relationships: elastomer networks; filled elastomers; natural fiber-filled composites; role of interfaces and interphases; impact of microstructure (crystallinity, porosity) and/or morphology on the properties of thermoplastic parts from additive manufacturing
- polymer processing / modelling
– Additive manufacturing :
Laser sintering (SLS): study and modelling of polymer transformation (coalescence, porosity resorption, crystallisation).
Filament extrusion (FFF/FGF) from recycled polymers.
Silicone additive manufacturing (filament extrusion; SLA/DLP): development of formulations and processes.
– Recycling processes of thermoplastics
– Recycling/depolymerisation of silicones
