Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility Workshops

14/12/2023, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
INSA Lyon site

Workshops offered:

The Climate Fresco ( https://fresqueduclimat.org/): based on data from IPCC scientific reports, the Climate Fresco allows everyone to understand the functioning, scale and complexity of the issues linked to climate change.

The Planetary Borders Fresco (https://fresquefrontieresplanetaires .earth/): life on Earth is conditioned by interactions between biological, physical and chemical processes. Planetary boundaries are thresholds for disruption of these processes beyond which the earth’s natural balances could be destabilized and living conditions become unfavorable for humanity. The goals of creating the fresco are to identify the 9 processes and their associated boundaries, to know the causes of their degradation and their consequences, and to list the courses of action to keep a planet habitable.

My Earth in 180 minutes (https://materre.osug. fr/): collaborative workshop from the academic world which aims to build scenarios for reducing its carbon footprint.
